Alison Sweeney's Healthy Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups fresh or slightly thawed frozen blueberries
  • 1 6-ounce container nonfat Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup fruit juice, such as orange, pineapple or apple
  • 1 teaspoon agave, more or less to taste

Recipe:

  1. Combine yogurt, berries and juice in blender.
  2. Add agave, to taste.
  3. Blend until desired consistency.
