Pork Chops with Port Fig Compote

Chef Stuart O’Keeffe returns to the Home & Family kitchen to make a delicious dish of pork chops with port fig compote and spicy sausage stuffing. He offers up the extra tip of leaving the bone in the pork when prepping, for a juicier flavor. As for the compote, if you don’t want to use figs, you can also substitute in peaches, cherries or apples.
