Pascale Hutton grew up in the Kootenays and later went on to achieve her BFA: acting from the University of Alberta. Throughout her career she has worked in theatre, film, and TV. She was awarded a Gemini award for her work on Intelligence (CBC), and a Leo award for her work on Sanctuary (SyFy). She has spent the last eleven years playing the character of Rosemary Coulter on Hallmark Channel’s much beloved TV series When Calls the Heart, as well as appearing in numerous movies for Hallmark Channel such as: Fourth Down and Love, Notes of Autumn, We Wish You a Married Christmas, The Perfect Bride, The Perfect Bride: Wedding Bells, My One and Only, and You Had Me at Aloha, which she co-produced along with her co-star Kavan Smith. Most recently in 2023, Hutton also starred in the Paramount Pictures thriller, Double Life.
