Charlie Carrick is a British/Canadian actor from the Northeast of England.
He was named as one of the Toronto International Film Festival’s inaugural class of Rising Stars and broke into feature films with his role in the critically acclaimed Molly Maxwell. Carrick has since starred in award-winning films including Angelique’s Isle, Ally Was Screaming, and The Devout, for which he received a Leo Award for Best Lead Performance; he stars opposite Rose Williams in the BFI-backed feature The Power, and in the StudioCanal feature The Wolf and The Lion.
On television, Carrick has starred in series on both sides of the Atlantic, including ITV’s Deep Water, the Sky series Cobra, Showtime's The Borgias, National Geographic’s award-winning second season of the anthology series Genius, the BBC/RTÉ limited series Hidden Assets, the second series of Departure, and the upcoming Amazon series We Were Liars.
Most recently Charlie played opposite Anna Kendrick in director Mary Nighy’s Lionsgate film Alice, Darling and played Freddy Trump in Ali Abbasi’s feature The Apprentice.
