Nathan goes to Elizabeth's to reflect on what happened with Allie. Elizabeth reminds him that Oliver is a good kid and suggests Nathan might be afraid of losing his little girl.
Lucas asks Edie if she will need help in New York and suggests that he could join when his term is complete. Edie grabs him and they kiss. He jokes that he should have volunteered earlier on.
At the festival, Elizabeth gathers everyone to listen to what her students wrote for their reflections from the year. She has them tie them around balloons and releasing them after they share.
Joseph and Cooper surprise Minnie with a beautiful sign above the entrance of the café, that reads "Minnie's Café." Henry arrives to take a photo of the Canfields in front of their new sign.
