When visiting Jack’s grave, Nathan promises Charlotte that he will protect Elizabeth and LJ. Charlotte confesses that she misses Jack but still feels his presence every day.
Charlotte reads to LJ an old letter that she received from Jack. She reads out three wishes that Jack wrote in the letter: to be the best Mountie, to find a woman to fall in love with, and to look into the eyes of his own son.
