For Mira Simon (Jessica Szohr), it feels like a prank when all of her dreams start coming true on April Fool's Day. An April Fool, however, she is not. After three of her own tricks materialize, Mira finds herself promoted to the perfect job, dating the perfect man, and living in the perfect home.
