Rose is upset when she has missed her high school reunion, so Blanche convinces her, Dorothy and Sophia to crash a reunion held in Miami.
As Rose undergoes triple bypass surgery, Blanche, Dorothy and Sophia grapple with the fact that they may lose Rose.
