Donald Heng was born and raised in Vancouver, BC. He was attracted to acting during his high school years but didn’t pursue it professionally until he was halfway through his university degree.
Since then, he has had supporting roles in the Hallmark movies, “Homecoming for the Holidays,” and “Beverly Hills Wedding.” He has also guest-starred and recurred on hit shows such as “The Flash,” “Virgin River,” “The Sinner,” “Family Law” and “Kung Fu.” He recently appeared in the feature film American Dreamer starring Peter Dinklage, Shirley MacLaine and Matt Dillon and has a supporting role in the upcoming biographical film Sight, alongside Terry Chen and Greg Kinnear.
Apart from acting, Heng has a huge interest in cooking and baking. He is also a huge dog lover and has a four-year-old pug named Sophie.
