I recently placed an order, will it be fulfilled?
Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days. A confirmation email will be sent with tracking information once the order has shipped.
My order was noted as “backordered” … will it ship?
Unfortunately, orders with a backordered status will be cancelled. In most cases you have not been charged, but if you have, the order will be refunded.
Can I return or exchange an item if I am not satisfied with the product?
You may return items that were purchased, and a refund will be processed.
