Marcelo (Juan Pablo Di Pace) has such a relaxed ease about him and when he and Jenna are paired up to make wine selections for her parents’ anniversary party, her guard is definitely up. Over the next few days there are plenty of opportunities for the pair to get to know each other better, including horseback riding and a special Argentinian dinner just for two. Jack (Sam Page) and his kids, Tyler and Mikki are seeking solace in Channing after losing mom and wife Lizzie (Amanda Schull), and are welcomed into town by cafe owner Jenna (Sarah Drew) and her son, Liam. As they settle in for the summer Jack can sense his wife’s spirit all around him and is drawn back into memories of their time together. He makes it a mission to repair the local lighthouse’s beacon, Lizzie’s favorite spot in her childhood hometown. At the same time he builds bridges with his kids, looking for opportunities for them to grow and move forward. Watch out for a crab boil in honor of Lizzie’s birthday, a sweet romance that develops between Mikki and Liam and a memorable open mic night at Jenna’s restaurant.

As the two begin to form a personal connection, a business deal for a new development remains elusive. Will a lucky sand dollar help them both get what they want? Local cafe owner Caleb is interested to see what will come of the new competition! As the summer unfolds, the two chefs square off with their best dishes and find they have more in common than just a love of cooking. Stars Roselyn Sanchez and Eric Winter are real life husband and wife and share a fun on-screen camaraderie. After screening several realtors, the obvious best choice is Amanda’s high school boyfriend, JP, much to Amanda’s chagrin. As the two work together to get the farm in its best shape for sale, they find out more about each other’s present day lives and the highs and lows of the recent past.
