Jeff Branson moved to New York City to pursue acting where he studied at the American Musical & Dramatic Academy. He quickly became a daytime leading man where his work on “All My Children” and “The Young & The Restless” brought him 2 Daytime Emmy nominations. Branson took home the golden statue in 2009 when he won the ‘Outstanding Supporting Actor’ Emmy for his work on “Guiding Light.”

Branson gave an emotionally powerful portrayal as the lead in “The Big Bad Swim” opposite Paget Brewster and Jess Weixler, which premiered to rave reviews at the Tribeca Film Festival. He switched directions with a villainous turn starring in Anchor Bay’s highly anticipated remake of the cult classic “I Spit On Your Grave” and then reteamed with director Steven Monroe on “Monika” opposite Jason Wiles and C. Thomas Howell. He is thrilled to be working again with Steven on “Christmas in Homestead.”

Recent television work includes NBC’s “Grimm;” Iliza Shlesinger’s new ABC comedy series “Forever 31” and the CW hit “Supernatural.” For CBS he has guest starred on “The Mentalist,” “NCIS,” “NCIS: Los Angeles,” “CSI,” “CSI: Miami,” and “CSI: NY.” Branson also recurred opposite Milo Ventimiglia in “Chosen” for Sony’s Crackle; and gave Melissa Benoist a run for her money in “Supergirl” as the super villain “Master Jailer.”
