Brittany Bristow

Brittany Bristow is a Canadian actress. Born in Toronto, she began acting at the age of six. At the age of 12, after numerous national commercials, a television guest star appearance and four films, she auditioned for Canada’s National Ballet School, and upon acceptance, put her acting career on hold. In 2008, Bristow graduated from the professional training program, but knew that her true passion was acting, so she made the transition back into the film and television industry. Taking time to study in intensive programs at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York and with Larry Moss, she has found further passion and joy for the work that she does.

In 2015, she co-founded a production company in Toronto and has even worked as a junior producer for a local production company. Interested in understanding every aspect of the industry, Bristow has worked as a producer, writer and script editor. At the end of 2017, she was elated to accept the CIFF (Canadian International Faith & Family Film Festival) Award for Best Supporting Actress for her portrayal of Johanna in Saul in “Saul: The Journey to Damascus.”

Over the last two years, Bristow has been delighted to work on several projects with Hallmark Channel, including “Love Blossoms,” “Royal Matchmaker,” “Christmas Next Door” and most recently, “Love on Safari.” She is currently working on a leading role in the television series “Rising Suns,” and she recently completed filming the second season of “Wildlife Quest,”a show she hosts and was created, written and produced with her family for National Geographic.
