Jordan Young just recently completed filming on the returning hit BBC drama series, “Vigil.” Young can be seen as a series regular in BBC Scotland’s BAFTA-winning comedy “Scot Squad” and as a series lead in “River City.”

Further television credits include: “The Daly Grind” (BBC), “Armchairs” (Tiger Aspect), “Doctors,” ”Shetland” (BBC), “Bob Servant” (BBC3), “Doors Open” (ITV/Sprout Pictures), “Garrow’s Law” (BBC), “Law & Order” (Kudos/ITV), “Mongrels” (BBC3) and “The Increasingly Poor Decisions of Todd Margaret” (RDF).

Young appeared in Jon S. Baird’s feature Filth, opposite James McAvoy. Other film credits include: For Those in Peril (Warp Films), Driving Lessons (Rubber Tree Plant Productions) and Wild Country (Gabriel Films).

Young is a popular actor in Scotland and performs in one of the main top line Christmas productions for QDOS each year.

His theatre credits include: News Just In (Random Accomplice), Family Business (BBC Scotland), The Pirate Marco Pantani (Oran Mor), A Midsummer Night’s Dream (The Royal Lyceum), Rolls in their Pockets (Oran Mor), Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (Qdos), Gagarin Way (Rapture Theatre), Jack And The Beanstalk (HMT Qdos), Sins of the Father (Rowan Tree), Sleeping Beauty (HMT/Qdos), The Chooky Brae (Borderline Theatre) and The Real Thing (The Old Vic).
