Charlotte D’Amboise received Tony nominations for her performances in the revival of A Chorus Line and in Jerome Robbins’ Broadway. Her other Broadway credits include long-running stints in Chicago as Roxy Hart as well as Pippin, Sweet Charity, Carrie, Company, Contact and Damn Yankees. Her film credits include The In Crowd, American Blue Note, Just Off The Coast, and The Preacher's Wife. She appears as herself in Every Little Step, a documentary about A Chorus Line. Most recently she has appeared in Frances Ha, directed by Noah Baumbach. On television she has appeared in the Kennedy Center Honors, Law & Order, a videotaped performance of the Broadway musical Contact. She has also appeared in several made-for-TV movies, including Lost in the Bermuda Triangle (1998) and Alone in the Neon Jungle (1988).
