Job Title: Sales Assistant, Direct Response/Paid Programming Location: New York Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Job Summary: This position is responsible for providing administrative and sales support to the Direct Response/Paid Programming Department. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: enter orders into system; update filler list for assigned agencies/clients; check confirmations against submitted orders; maintain orders and various paperwork; send pre-logs to assigned agencies/clients; fax post-logs to assigned agencies/clients; send out media kits; view short form tapes for approval; maintain weekly Paid Programming traffic for Hallmark Movie Channel (HMC) ; send out HMC Paid Programming log verifications; complete PI invoice revisions; provide weekly update of HMC Direct Response inventory to sales team; assist Account Executives in maintaining agency contact list; heavy communication with clients and internal Traffic department; other projects as assigned.

Basic Qualifications • Must have undergraduate degree • Must have PC skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Other Qualifications • Must have a high level of proficiency using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook • Must have the ability to pay close attention to detail and to understand written and oral instructions • Must have the ability to organize and schedule work effectively • Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast paced environment Preferred Qualifications • Previous database experience preferred • Prior Sales experience • Prior Media internship(s)

Job Title: Director, Network Distribution and Service Location: New York Status: Full-time
Job Summary The position is responsible for increasing distribution of Hallmark Channel, Hallmark Movie Channel SD and Hallmark Movie Channel HD. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: develop and implement effective strategies to increase distribution and subscriber revenues; deliver product position proposals and presentations to affiliates; sell-in and manage holiday campaigns throughout the year; participate in industry trade shows; oversee and maintain prospect and current affiliate database list; complete all paperwork on a timely and efficient basis; and other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Basic Qualifications • Must have undergraduate degree • Must have minimum 5 years of sales experience in the cable industry with a proven track record of successfully meeting sales objectives • Must have experience in successfully handling MSO accounts (preferably Top 10) including carriage negotiations • PC skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Other Requirements • Demonstrated knowledge of sales cycle/process, affiliate marketing activities and account management • Manage an efficient and heavy travel schedule (50% of the time) • Demonstrated management/leadership skills • Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure with tight deadlines • Dynamic presenter that displays excellent written and verbal communication skills • Maintain knowledge on industry trends and participate in cable industry organizations Preferred Requirements • MBA degree • Experience in a distribution driven environment • Start-up experience a plus

Job Title: Print Designer Location: Studio City Status: Full time, Temp. to Perm
Job Summary: Position is responsible for developing creative design solutions to a broad array of print and promotional projects. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: create and execute a wide variety of print and promotion deliverables such as ads, direct mail pieces, invitations, posters and creative promotional packaging; assist in the creation of event materials such as signage, room décor, PowerPoint templates; work with vendors to estimate projects and develop solutions within budgets; and other projects as assigned.
Basic Requirements: • Undergraduate degree, or degree from Art School • Minimum 4 years print design experience • Experience in full Adobe Creative Suite including inDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
Other Requirements: • Ability to follow ideas from concept to final execution • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work well within budget and deadline parameters • Team player that thrives in fast-paced environment • Self-starter that takes initiative • Demonstrates an ongoing desire to keep updated on the latest trends in creative craft, technical skills and business acumen
Preferred Requirements: • Entertainment and/or creative agency experience a plus
