Canadian-born actress Brooke Nevin has been a mainstay on television since her starring debut as a teen in the Nickelodeon series “Animorphs.” Most recently, she starred in the Hallmark Channel Original Movies “The Christmas Cure” and “On the Twelfth Day of Christmas,” and appeared in the Hallmark Movies & Mysteries Original “Journey Back to Christmas.” She has also portrayed Tara on the NBC series “Chicago Fire,” was Walter O’Brien’s once quirky love interest Linda on the CBS series “Scorpion,” portrayed Julianne the tech wiz with social anxiety disorder on the A&E series “Breakout Kings” and finished a nail-biting arc with Ted Danson as D.B. Nevin started flexing her funny bone with Improv and Sketch shows on the Second City Stage in both Toronto and Los Angeles. Her comedic talents have brought her to the big screen, starring alongside David Koechner and Melora Hardin in the Fox Atomic sports spoof “The Comebacks.” She has also garnered acclaim and Best Actress nominations from the Monte-Carlo Television Festival and Gemini Awards for her funny turn as the flirtatious, heart-on-her-sleeve Sonja in HBO Canada’s “Call Me Fitz” and a Best Guest Performance by a Female in a Dramatic Series nomination for her role in ABC’s “Motive.”

On the feature film front, Nevin’s credits include the critically acclaimed indie Archie’s Final Project with festival awards from around the globe, including the Crystal Bear at the 2009 Berlinale, along with the offbeat superhero comedy Alter Egos.

Nevin is a regular supporter of Plan Canada and The Human Rights Campaign. She volunteers her time in Los Angeles with A Sense of Home, creating homes for foster youth who are transitioning out of the system, and puts her photographic skills to good use for the Heart Gallery Los Angeles with the Children’s Action Network.
