Ingredients:

1 Tbs. flour
1 Tbs. ground flax meal
1 Tbs. quick oats
½ tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
1 Tbs. honey
1 Tbs. coconut oil


Whisk egg in the mug, then add dry ingredients, honey, and coconut oil. Stir until mixed well. Microwave for 50-60 seconds.

¼ cup ground flax
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon powder
1 tsp. coconut oil
1 egg
1 packet Stevia/Truvia


Mix all ingredients together in a coffee mug. Microwave for 50 seconds.
