Lou Ferrigno's Protein Shake



























Ingredients:
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 2 cups of 2% milk
  • 2 scoops of whey protein
  • 1 or 2 tbsps of raspberry jam
  • 1 banana

Steps:
  1. Add all contents to a high-speed blender. 
  2. Blend on high until ingredients are fully mixed together and looks like a milkshake. (about 20 to 30 seconds)
