Buca Di Beppo's Artichoke Florentine Dip

























Ingredients:
  • ½ Tbsp. Garlic, chopped
  • ¾ cup Tomato, diced
  • 9 oz. Chopped Spinach, thawed 
  • ½ cup Alfredo Sauce
  • ½ cup Heavy Cream
  • ¼ cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded 
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 
  • ⅓ cup Artichokes, drained/chopped

Steps:
  1. Sauté garlic in olive oil until golden brown.
  2. Add diced tomatoes and toss for 10 seconds.
  3. Drain spinach and add to pan. Cook until spinach is tender.
  4. In a separate pan, combine alfredo sauce, heavy cream, mozzarella, and parmesan cheeses.
  5. Cook on low flame, stirring regularly, until cheese is fully melted and ingredients are combined.
  6. In a bowl, combine garlic mixture and sauce.
  7. Stir in chopped artichokes.
  8. Transfer to your favorite serving dish.
  9. Serve with parmesan toast slices, tortilla chips, or your favorite bread.
  10. Enjoy!
