They are cheaper and captured at peak ripeness. Just rinse salt water off before enjoying.

Red Meat vs. Chicken with skin

Extra lean ground sirloin, protein, iron, B12, zinc and grass fed means even lower in fat/higher in omega 3s.

White Potatoes vs. Sweet Potatoes

White potatoes have vitamin C, B-6, fiber and especially Folate (which is good for pregnant women and women considering pregnancy).

Egg Whites vs. Whole Eggs
