Today on Marie
Mariel Hemingway chronicles her nonconventional upbringing in a documentary titled "Running From Crazy." While putting it together, she learned her sister had too been working on a similar project and collected 43 hours of uncut footage of their family. Through the cathartic process of filmmaking, Mariel came to realize that everyone experiences a form of "crazy." She also wanted to create a dialogue with her children and society about mental illness to break the cycle of suicide and depression in her family. She and her partner Bobby Williams also co-wrote a book to encourage people to reevaluate their time management skills and to connect with nature. Mariel shares Blisscuits™, a gluten-free and sugar-free cookie from Mariel's Kitchen, with the in-studio audience.

Wise beyond her years, Anna realizes that everyone, especially teenagers, feels bad at times. Blush was formed in 2010 as a result of an Asian talent competition that sought to assemble a pop group consisting of girls from five different countries. They burst on to the global scene as an opening act for Justin Bieber in Hong Kong. Blush takes the "Marie" stage for a sword-swinging performance of their original song "Warrior."
