"American Idol" alums and Broadway sweethearts Diana DeGarmo and Ace Young are finalizing plans for their upcoming wedding. They tell Marie that there was an immediate spark when they met at "Hair" auditions and how their friendship blossomed into romance. Diana became enamored with wedding planner Renée Strauss while filming an episode of TLC's "Brides of Beverly Hills
." The couple enlisted her expert help in arranging the venue, photographer, and more, completely handing over the reins. Parents to Rosie the dachshund, Diana and Ace will walk down the aisle at the Luxe Sunset Bel Air
. The bride is honored to have her brother, who is serving in the Army, give her away. As she prepares to assume the role of wife, Diana will learn to cook in a series of segments on "Marie." The lovebirds are also co-hosts of a show called "Planet 360," on TVGN.
