Born in England, actor Patrick Baladi has appeared in several hit British films and series, including the hit BBC comedy “The Office” and the feature film “Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason.”
Baladi studied at Stonyhurst College, where he won the Charles Laughton prize for acting for his roles in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and Amadeus. After graduating, Baladi also trained at the Central School of Speech and Drama.
Some of Baladi’s television appearances include “A Touch of Frost,” “Midsomer Murders,” “Eastenders,” “Weekend Love,” “Hotel Babylon,” “Diana: Last Days of a Princess,” “Octavia,” “Party Animals,” “Big Top,” Miss Marple: Blue Geranium,” and the “Mistresses” series, among many others. Baladi is also no stranger to film, appearing in features “High Heels and Low Lifes,” “Merchant of Venice,” “Alpha Male,” “Last Chance Harvey,” “The International” and “Streetdance 3D.”
Baladi has also spent a lot of time on the London stage, appearing in productions of Wuthering Heights, Much Ado About Nothing, Mother Courage and Her Children, Albert Speer, Taste of Honey, Finding the Sun, My Night with Reg, Dealers Choice, Things You Shouldn’t Say Past Midnight, The Backroom and Camino Real.
Baladi is married and has a daughter.
