Dian's Weight Loss Snacks



 

 



















 




1. 1 tablespoon each of dried fruit, soy nuts, pumpkin seeds, dark chocolate chips.


2. 2 tablespoons dried cranberries or raisins and 10 almonds.


3. Half-cup applesauce and 10 almonds.


4. 1 orange and low fat string cheese.


5. Greens, trio colored bell peppers, seasonal fruit, grilled chicken and Paul Newman dressing.


6. Cottage Cheese Sundae Half cup of nonfat cottage cheese, 1/2 small banana, 1/3 cup of pineapple chunks, 1/2 cup of raspberries, and a tablespoon of silvered almonds.


7. Malt, Frozen bananas, 1 cup of soy vanilla milk and vanilla.
