Combine and heat:
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup corn syrup.
Let cool to 110*
Melt 12 oz. chocolate (in microwave)
Gradually add chocolate...
Gradually add:
6 Tbsp soft butter (unsalted)
Mix w/ whisk
1 tsp vanilla
Put in walk in, let thicken to soft, fudge-like consistency
