Chef Graham Elliot's Apple Tart
Yields 2 mini tarts























 

Ingredients:

•  ¼ cup of whole wheat flour
•  ¼ cup of all purpose flour
•  2 pinches of salt
•  2 ½ tsp sugar, divided
•  3 T cold butter, cut into pieces
•  2 T milk
•  1 apple, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
•  1 T butter, melted
•  Few pinches of cinnamon



Recipe:

  1. Brush tart dough with butter.

  2. Sprinkle with sugar.

  3. Lay out sliced apples.

  4. Sprinkle with sugar.

  5. Fold edges of dough.

  6. Brush dough with egg wash.

  7. Place in 350f oven.
