Orly Shani's Holiday Shoe Glitz:

1. Tape the back of the shoes with painters tape to separate the heel from the shoe

2. Apply glue with a brush then simply pour the glitter over the heel

3. This should dry overnight

4. Take the shoe that has dried overnight and apply mod podge as a topcoat to the glitter. This will work as a topcoat to keep the glitter in place.
