Cristina's Healthy Cheese Snacks

























•   Cheese snacks are a natural source of calcium, and they have at least 4 grams of protein per stick.

Protein Packed Pita Ingredients:

•   1 Sargento® Natural Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Snack
•   ½ whole grain pita bread, cut to form pocket

•   1 lettuce leaf, optional



Orange Almond String Mini-Meal Ingredients:

Caprese Skewers Ingredients:

•   1 Sargento® Natural String Cheese Snacks
•   4 grape tomatoes
•   4 fresh basil leaves



Caprese Skewers Recipe:

  1. Cut each cheese snack crosswise into 4 pieces.

  2. Alternate on skewers with tomatoes and basil.

  3. Drizzle with oil, if desired.


Colby-Jack Crunch Ingredients:

•   1 Sargento® Natural Colby-Jack Cheese Snack
•   ½ crisp bread stick
•   2 slices (1 oz.) deli-thin extra lean ham
•   1 tsp. Dijon or honey mustard



Colby-Jack Crunch Recipe:

  1. Wrap a piece of low-fat ham or turkey around a breadstick and cheese stick.

  2. Secure with toothpick.

  3. Dip in mustard.
