Happy to have regained his health, Jack tells us about taking a special girl to a school dance. Then, he teaches us to cook his spaghetti carbonara dish with a primavera feel. He best describes the meal as "Italian bacon and eggs" and explains why he loves the depth of flavor onions and garlic add to any Italian recipe. Jack walks us through the steps of making the cheesy egg sauce and the trick to make it extra creamy. Another key ingredient is pepper, plus it's always best to add a pinch of salt to the water you're cooking pasta in.
