Debbie Matenopoulos' Holiday Gift Etiquette
TV host Debbie Matenopoulos shares guidelines for being a good gift giver. Discuss with friends and family if you'll be doing a Secret Santa or White Elephant gift exchange or if they'd prefer gift cards. Debbie also teaches us to add some extra TLC to a present by making a personalized gift basket. As an added bonus, the basket is functional once its contents are emptied. Plus, Debbie goes over the rule of thumb when it comes to re-gifting uwnanted items.

Tips:
1. Have a conversation with loved ones to set gifting boundaries.
2. Always include a gift receipt.
3. Use New Year's as an opportunity to give gifts to anyone you feel you owe a gift.
4. Opt for homemade gift baskets so you can control what's included.

Alexis Wolfer's DIY Holiday Beauty Treatments
Don't toss those holiday leftovers. Instead, use them to create your own natural DIY beauty products. Alexis Wolfer explains how leftover apples and lemons can brighten skin and teeth. The fruit acids break down dead skin cells on the surface of your skin. Alexis endorses the benefits of using coconut oil and walnuts to treat acne-prone skin. The caffeine contained in coffee grounds can even reduce cellulite!

Tips:
1. Sake prevents dark spots from forming. Apply twice a day for best results.
2. The apple combinations whitens teeth too.
3. Walnuts are soft enough to use on your face.
4. Use coarser nuts like almonds for a body scrub.
5. Cool the steeped tea bags in the fridge before you apply them to your face to reduce redness.
