The siblings' food truck, Rosa’s Bella Cucina, is part of the 2nd generation of the DePalma Brothers Italian delicatessen, a hub for the Italian community in northern New Jersey for over thirty years. Today, Rosa and Rico hit the "Home & Family" kitchen to share a traditional recipe for an Italian favorite, Sicilian Stuffed Rice Balls (Arancini di riso siciliani).
