What Do You Need To Make It? • Real or Faux Leather
• Leather Cording or Twine • Scissors • Hot Glue • Snap accessories (optional) • Leather Paint (optional)
Lay out your leather pieces flat on the table and stack two pieces together. Add a piece of scrap leather behind the two pieces so punch will cleanly go through the two leather pieces. Using the leather punch (or if you don't have a leather punch you can use a hammer and nail to create the hole), press down and punch holes through both pieces.
Start weaving through the holes with your twine or leather cording and secure the end with a dab of hot glue or by tying a knot.
To personalize, can use leather paint or add on snap accessories.
