Chef Adrianne Calvo is in the kitchen and today she is making the perfect game day treat with sausage and roasted banana poblano aioli. Before getting started, for safety concerns, she advises you to soak the skewers for 20 minutes. When it comes to threading the sausage, make sure you leave enough space between the piece on the skewer for grilling.
