Ashley Williams Interview

Actress Ashley Williams visits Home & Family to talk about her new comedy, “The Jim Gaffigan Show.” In the show, she plays the comedian’s wife, modeled after his real life wife, Jeannie. She explains that Jeannie and Jim have written every episode based on real life funny situations they have found themselves in. Aside from acting, Ashley is also a practicing doula- she has attended 52 births in that role! Now, Ashley is the proud mother of a nine-month-old son, Gus.

Lauren was also featured on the show “Glee” for six years, where she shared how much fun she had on the set. Lauren is also competitive athlete and has several medals from Special Olympics including awards for swimming, baseball, volleyball, and basketball. Lauren also continues to act, playing a pregnant woman in the short film, “Guest Room.”

New Warnings for Popular Pain Relievers for Adults and Kids

Dr. JJ is back to talk about the new warnings found in NSAID brand names that include Advil, Motrin, Aleve, Naprosyn, Celebrex and Volataren. Dr. JJ says you must obey the labels, use no more than the recommended dosage. Also, do not use this medication for more than ten days for pain and no more than three days for fever. When you consume more than the recommended dosage, you increase the risk of heart attacks and strokes.

Debbie recommends pairing a tucked in shirt with high cut pants if you have a long torso with short legs, also high-waisted skirts and dresses. Sophie suggests Andalou Naturals Age Defying Shampoo for soft, silky and moisturized hair and using a hair mask. When it comes to excessive sweating, Dr. JJ suggests steeping sage in water for 15 minutes, let it cool and then apply to your palms.
