Dominic Monaghan Interview

The actor talks about being host of Travel Channel’s “Wild Things with Dominic Monaghan” which airs Wednesdays, 10/9c. With Dominic’s new show, he gets to travel to exotic places in Africa, South America and Asia. His main goal is to introduce the audience to the vast animal kingdom. His favorite types of animals are insects and he once even discovered a new species of spider in Laos.



Valentine’s Day Cupcakes

YouTube star Rosanna Pansino is back in the kitchen and this time she is baking Valentine’s Day Cupcakes. Before getting started, she talks about how she first got started making videos just as a creative outlet. Today she has over 5 million followers on YouTube, where she creates “Nerdy Nummies.” When it comes to the first part of the cake, she recommends vanilla with red food coloring and says you can make your own or buy a pre-made mix. When you prepare the chocolate cake, she emphasizes to not over-mix so the cake will be fluffy and not dense.

Hunter’s New Reality Show

Kym Douglas’s son, Hunter talks about starring in Awesomeness TV’s reality series, “LA Story.” Kym admits she was very hesitant to let Hunter participate in the docu-series in the beginning, but eventually she caved. Hunter opens up about how the show is completely unscripted and allows him to spend time with his friends. Kym says she learned some things about her son while watching the series and it left her feeling very proud.

Colton Dunn Interview

Healthy Baked Potatoes

Sophie Uliano is back in the kitchen and creating healthy baked potatoes using red potatoes. She recommends baking the potatoes a few days ahead of time. She cuts a lot of the starchy potato out, leaving the hearty skin behind. She fills the potato with healthy ingredients like broccoli, black beans, cilantro and avocado. She even makes her own cashew cream to top the potato off, which is a great source of added protein.

Finding the Right Dog

The women both agree when it comes to selecting a pet, make sure you both have the same energy level. If you live in a small space, you should get a smaller dog. Laura says she knew her dog, Delilah, was the one after she fostered her to make sure she was the one. Fostering is a great alternative to adopting, if you are not ready for the full-time commitment to adopt a pet.
