Crab Cakes

Executive chef of Soby’s restaurant, Rodney Freidank is in the Home & Family kitchen making a seafood favorite, crab cakes with homemade maque choux, which is a warm corn dish made with peppers and onions. He also adds a little tip that if you substitute fresh herbs for dried ones, double up on the amount what the recipe calls for.
