Funny man Kevin Nealon stops by to talk about his time on “Saturday Night Live” and describes how exciting it was to be part of the recent 40th anniversary special. Kevin reveals that he was never a sketch comic, he was a stand-up comic and it was his friend Dana Carvey who helped him nab the "SNL" audition. Two weeks later, Kevin got the gig! Currently, Kevin has a web series, “Laugh Lessons with Kevin Nealon” that teaches children how to perform comedy. Kevin also addresses being diagnosed with AFib, an irregular heartbeat that affects 2.7 million Americans and accounts for 15-20% of all strokes.

Bad Habits That Drain Energy
Natural Lifestyle Expert Sophie Uliano discusses the bad habits that we can avoid because they drain energy. She emphasizes that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. She recommends a breakfast filled with nutrients, like dairy-free yogurt, vanilla granola, dates, melons and almonds and it turns into a delicious parfait. She encourages you to drink half your body weight in ounces of water per day. Instead of depending on large spikes of caffeine, drink green tea to get slow releases of caffeine to your body, and to give yourself a constant level of energy throughout the day.
