Eyewitness Accounts with Dmitry Gorin
While filming promos for "Home & Family," all the family members witnessed a crime in progress. A man snatched a woman's purse right in front of the house! But, they were all fooled. This scenario was a set-up to test how reliable eyewitness testimonies are or aren't. Criminal defense lawyer and former prosecutor Dmitry Gorin then joins the conversation to discuss how much weight eyewitness testimony is given in the court of law and how you can become a better eyewitness.
