"The Hills" are alive with Audrina Patridge! The former reality star fills us in on the adventures she's gone on since becoming host of travel and lifestyle show "1st Look." Audrina also reflects on her MTV days. She confesses the extent to which "The Hills'" storylines were real versus fake, how heated conflicts really got, and if she was true friends with any of her cast mates.
