Atticus Shaffer Interview
The actor sits down with Mark and Cristina to talk about the new season of his comedy series, “The Middle.” He points out that his character Brick is now a mature teenage, which includes entering high school and having a relationship. In real life, Atticus works with the Boot Campaign, which is a non-profit dedicated to serving the military and their families. Mark and Cristina put on their own boots to support the campaign and he even shows off to dance in them! Home & Family ends up donating $1,000 to the campaign, with moves Atticus. He also visits schools nationwide to promote patriotism to America’s youth.

Firemen Rob Nawaczyk and Mo Bernard are in the backyard explaining tailgating safety for this football season. The owners of Fireman’s Brew beer company highly recommend never leaving a grill unattended and to always transport the propane and grill separately. Mother of seven Cristina jokes that it has been 42 years since she’s had a good rest.

The Cyber GuyKurt the Cyber Guy is here to talk about the home surveillance app, Canary, that you can hook up to your phone to monitor what is going on in your home while you are away. They Skype with a user of the Canary App, Danny, who describes how the app helped stop a burglary in progress at this New York City apartment. The Cyber Guy explains that anybody can use the app as long as you have a smart phone and wifi.

“Suddenly Royal” Interview
The Howe Family of “Suddenly Royal” talk to Mark and Cristina about what it is like to discover they are royalty. Drew, Pam and their daughter Grace are now titled as a King, Queen and Princess of British Isle of Man. Before discovering his royal roots, Drew was selling tires. The family even received an invitation to Prince William’s wedding! Since then, the family have visited the Isle of Man and experienced trouble fitting in with the locals.
