This was difficult for the actor because his guilty pleasure is Trader Joe’s Lacey Cookies, so naturally Mark and Cristina bring him boxes of the treats!

Chelsea also considers millennial to be between the ages of 18-35 and points out that by 2020, millennials will be making up 77% of the workforce.
