Food scientist Dan Kohler is in the kitchen giving you some easy to follow tips when it comes to cooking frozen meat. When grilling up steak, he recommends letting it sit for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving. If you are preparing frozen steaks place them on a high heat immediately.
