Crawfish, Crab and Corn Bisque
Home Cook winner, Chef Toya Boudy is in the kitchen making a delicious seafood dish from her cookbook, “Cook Like a New Orleanian,” which you can find on Amazon or iTunes. While making her crawfish, crab and corn bisque, she offers up some cooking tips which includes using the orange liquid that the the crawfish come in and serving that as your stock. If you are not a fan of crawfish, you can always substitute in chicken or additional vegetables.
