Matt Rogers is getting in the patriotic spirit with his favorite Fourth of July dip.
Stars & Stripes Layered Dip
Ingredients
  • 2 - 15 oz. cans Refried Beans
  • 2 cups white cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 quart salsa
  • 1 quart sour cream
  • 1 quart guacamole
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 head lettuce, chopped
  • 1 - 15 oz. can Black Beans

Matt Rogers whips up a patriotic dip perfect for your next Fourth of July BBQ.

Directions

1) Spread refried beans on bottom of dish

2) Spread layer of salsa

3) Spread layer of guacamole

4) Spread layer of sour cream

5) Spread layer of cheddar cheese

6) Spread chips around edge of dish (holds dip together)

7) Spread lettuce in square in left corner (where bean “stars” will go)

8) Place cherry tomatoes into 4 rows (halves?) – except for lettuce area Place black beans on top lettuce – for the “stars”
