Sophie Uliano is giving you some healthy recipes to morning smoothies.
- 1 Cup Frozen Pineapple
- 1 Cup Frozen Mango
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 16 oz plant-based milk or coconut water
- 1 tsp. Moringa Powder
- ¼ tsp. Ground Turmeric
- ¼ tsp. Ground Ginger
- 1 pinch Ground Pepper
- 1 tsp. Ground Ceylon Cinnamon
- 2-3 Dates (Optional)
- Handful of Greens (Optional)
1. Add plant based milk or coconut water.
2. Add pineapple, mango and banana.
3. Add moringa, ground turmeric, ground ginger, ground pepper, ground cinnamon.
4. Add dates and greens if applicable.
5. Blend and enjoy!
