Directions for Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
Mix flour, baking soda, salt and espresso together. Set aside. Cream butter and both sugars until mixture is lighter in color and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
Add flour mixture and mix until flour in incorporated. Let cookie dough rest in fridge for 30 minutes before scooping and baking.
After 30 minutes, scoop 1 oz cookie scoops and make a well in the middle for 3 marshmallow. Place cookie on graham cracker and place 3 mini marshmallows in the well. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 min. Let cool for 10 minutes and top with one Hershey chocolate. Serve warm or store in airtight container for up to 3 days.

Blend all ingredients together and form soft peaks similar to whipped cream.
