Apple Cider Martini Recipe
Ingredients:
Applejack Brandy
Fresh Lemon Juice Cinnamon Simple Syrup Apple Cider (unfiltered) Garnish (apple slices and a rim on raw sugar and cinnamon combined, use lemon wedge to wet the martini glass rim) Directions:
Combine all but garnish into a shaker with ice. Shake well. Garnish, enjoy.
Roasted Nuts Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Cup of Raw Almonds
1 Cup of Raw Pecans 1 Cup of Raw Walnuts 6 Tbls brown sugar 2 Tsp hot water 1 Tbl cinnamon 1 Tsp vanilla 1 Tsp coarse sea salt
Directions:

Combine hot water with brown sugar until dissolved. Add in cinnamon and vanilla. Toss mixture with nuts and spread out on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with sea salt and roast in the oven on 250 for 30 - 40 minutes. Serve warm Mulled Red Wine Recipe
Ingredients:
8 whole cloves
4 whole black peppercorns 4 strips lemon zest 4 strips fresh orange zest 2 Bottles of Dry Red Wine 2 cinnamon sticks 1 vanilla bean, halved lengthwise! Bag of Fresh Cranberries
Directions:

Put all ingredients in a large stockpot and simmer over low heat for at least 5 hours. Strain before serving warm... garnish with orange twist and cinnamon stick. Baked Brie Bites
Ingredients:
1 Package of Frozen Puff Pastry Dough Brie - Cut into 1" Squares Cranberry Sauce (the kind in a jar with whole cranberries).

Directions:

1. Cut pastry dough into squares and place down in well-greased mini muffin tins.
2. Add in square of brie and top with a dollop of cranberry sauce.
3. Use egg wash to dab the corners of the pastry.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
