Lemon-Thyme Blueberry Smoothie

Kym Douglas is making a delicious smoothie perfect to serve on Mother's Day.
Ingredients
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 a lemon, juiced
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon zest
  • 1/8 teaspoon fresh thyme, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk (homemade preferred)
  • Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and whirl away.
