Ken's Smoothies

Serving size about eight cups.
Ken's Smoothies
Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Pineapple
  • 1 Cup Spinach
  • 2 Tbsp Flax Seed
  • ½ Cup of Blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp Matcha Powder (green tea)
  • ¼ Cup Walnuts
  • 1 Cup Ice
  • 2 Cups of your Favorite liquid (coconut water, juice).


Blend until smooth and Enjoy!
